Exclusive | Joe Jonas Visits This $5.65 Million Brooklyn Penthouse With Two Levels Of Private Outdoor Space

Musician/actor Joe Jonas has been spotted house hunting in Greenpoint, Brooklyn – not far from his current Dumbo neighborhood. One residence he visited, our spies said, was a $5.65 million triplex at 584 Leonard St.

With an area of ​​3,102 square feet, the magnificent apartment comes with four bedrooms, 3½ bathrooms — and two levels of outdoor space. It’s located in Brooklyn’s trendy Greenpoint neighborhood, in an area currently being designated as NOMAC — for “North of McCarren Park” — where North Williamsburg and Greenpoint meet.

Usual rates are $1,740 per month.

Last May, Jonas bought an apartment in Dumbo in Olympia for $6.7 million. However, we hear, he’s considering buying an even bigger space to accommodate his two young daughters, Delphine, 2, and Willa, 4 — hence his visit to Greenpoint. The Dumbo unit is a three-bedroom, four-bathroom space that measures 2,654 square feet.

In Greenpoint, the home’s design details include recessed lighting, ceilings up to 10 feet, oak floors — and a 30-foot atrium above an open, modern oak staircase. The main floor features a master bedroom with garden views, a walk-in closet and a spa-like bathroom, while a modern staircase leads to a second-floor family room/media lounge that opens onto a terrace with skyline views of Manhattan. The other bedrooms are on this floor, including one with access to the terrace.

There is also an open plan living/dining area with a chef’s kitchen and breakfast bar with bench seating. The top floor features a 1,000-square-foot roof terrace with an outdoor kitchen and panoramic views. It is one of two units in a four-story building designed by Pliskin Architecture and developed by LTNG last year.

Jonas paid $5.6 million for the three-bedroom, three-bathroom loft in 2018 — a year before his surprise Vegas wedding to Game of Thrones actress Sophie Turner after a Billboard Music Awards event. Their divorce was finalized last September.

Jonas first listed the Nolita condo for $6.5 million in 2020, and it finally sold last year for $5.3 million to a mystery buyer, who has put it back on the market with interior designs by Sarah Ivory.
