Here’s what a famous Michelin stars chef in the store for his brand building in Miami

Being a high cook is about creating once in a lifetime experiences that their dishes always offer.

But in the case of the chef with Michelin Jean-Georges vongerichten, this is just its beginning.

While the native of France grew up a global empire from its New York base to become one of the most respected topics in the world, it is now starting its first brand residence in Miami.

So, Gimme Shelter traveled on the soft shores of the Magic City to meet him and see what is about Jean-Georges Miami Tropic.

In short: to eat well, said vongerichten, also now means living well.

The idea of participating in the 48-storey Luxe brand tower began when developers and Lion’s development group if it was interested in opening a restaurant inside.

But vongerichten – who has at least 45 restaurants all over the world – he loved more.

“I have so many restaurants,” Vongerichten said. “I would like to extend my knowledge throughout the building.”

The Vongerichten Empire currently includes restaurants and private dining in a luxury tower in the row of billionaires for Chez Margaux, his first private dinner club in the fleshy circle, where his former beloved food, Spice Market once stood. And, if all approved, a stylish place within a loving public space, Bryant Park of Midtown.

And yet, this is the first time that vongerichten is taking a comprehensive approach and injecting his personal aesthetics of living into an entire building.

“Next to an exciting project,” Vongerichten said, adding that he will open not only an ABC restaurant there – but three.

“It is a trilogy,” he said, adding that the building will host ABCV, ABC Cucina and ABC Kitchen.

Designed by Arquitectonica, the tower brings the vision of vongerichten’s living for almost any view of development, starting – but not ending – with food.

The interior of the building is from New York-based design firm Yabu Pushelberg, which also happens to have been designers for Fulton from Jean-Georges in the Port of Lower Manhattan.

But home kitchens have been created and curated by vongerichten from high -level cooker equipment and stylish pan. It will even cure food and drinks in your refrigerator.

Wellness and pool areas will also have healthy foods and drinks curated by JGV, including green and kombucha in home.

There will also be a floral store, a cafe – and a private roof restaurant for residents only.

The tower will have 329 condos for sale, from one to four beds ranging from $ 1.6 million- plus $ 41,000 square meters of comfort, including pools, landscape gardens, a gym and even a podcast record. The first floor will also have 27,500 square meters of retail space.

Is planned to open in 2027.

Terra General Director, David Martin, also told Gimme that he hopes that Vongerichten will encourage his restaurant’s friends to join him in the design circle. Residents want to walk in the neighborhood and have fun at home.

These residents are not just places to preserve your things and sleep – they are also “sanctuary of the soul,” Martin said.
