This newly listed Palm Beach residence comes with guest access to Mar-a-Lago

With inauguration day fast approaching, this Palm Beach mansion comes with a major presidential perk — guest access to Mar-a-Lago.

The property, at 129 Woodbridge Road, is on the market for $14.95 million. It’s just a block away from Mar-a-Lago — and next door to a home owned by the President-elect’s sister, Elizabeth Trump Grau.

The listing was first reported by the Palm Beach Daily News.

There are 13 houses on the street. In fact, all homeowners there can enjoy guest privileges at Mar-a-Lago — pending an interview process and payment of annual dues, which average $22,750, plus tax. Because homeowners aren’t official club members, they don’t have to pay the hefty initiation fee, which can reportedly run up to a million dollars.

The seller is a trust related to the late George J. Buff, III. The trust bought the home for $2.25 million in 2013. Last year, it was first listed for $15.75 million before being temporarily taken off the market for a rental. It hit the market again in January. 15.

“Raising a family here, alongside my father and son, has been an incredible journey. As life has evolved – my father passing and my son moving on – we feel it’s time to pass this special home on to someone who will appreciate the community and lifestyle we’ve come to love so much,” said George J. Buff IV for Gimme Shelter. .

It’s the only street on the island with this “declaration of use” agreement with the club, which sits on 17.5 acres, thanks to an agreement Trump and Mar-a-Lago struck with the city in 1993, according to reports.

Many homes on the street are owned or leased to people connected to Trump and Mar-a-Lago — including members of his family, guests, staff and the US Secret Service.

The two-story mid-century modern home comes with five bedrooms and six bathrooms — and sits pretty close to the ocean. Built in 1972, it opens to a grand foyer and living room, with sliding pocket doors leading to a patio overlooking a pool. There is a master bedroom suite on the first floor and another on the second floor.

There is also a one-bedroom, two-bath, two-story guest house that also overlooks the pool.

The property sits on a third of an acre and features hurricane impact windows and a security system.
